The City of Crossville is committed to employee health and helping employees develop healthy lifestyle habits. This Wellness Program has been designed to motivate employees in reaching their healthy goals.
Any employee interested in participating in the program should contact the Human Resources Department.
Reimbursements for memberships and exams will be done at the close of each quarter. Turn all proof of exams/ payment and in at the Human Resources office.

Proof of payment along with membership description must be submitted each quarter for reimbursements.
