Congratulations to Lt. Jake DeRossett for being named Outstanding Employee of the Quarter for June 2026! Lt. DeRossett served as the technical point of contact for the needs of our new Fire Station 2. He assisted our IT Department with recommendations and installation of equipment that would best serve the firefighters stationed there. He committed his time to the project as well as still leading his team of firefighters, participating in trainings and running calls.
Congratulations to Jeremy DeRossett for being named Outstanding Employee of the Quarter for March 2026! Jeremy was instrumental in leading the crew that handled the Palace Theatre auditorium renovations. He exhibited professionalism, leadership and hard work during the project.
Congratulations to Randy Hawn for being recognized as Employee of the Quarter for December 2025! In November, Randy utilized quick thinking by extinguishing an automobile fire after observing a wreck on his route. He ensured the safety of the automobile occupant and stayed ready to assist until first responders could arrive.
Congratulations to Sergeant Keith Sadula for being recognized as Employee of the Quarter for September 2025! Sgt. Sadula was nominated for the example he sets to the public and his peers. He works hard to build trust between his department and citizens. We are proud of his commitment to being a public servant!
Congratulations to Justin Troglin for being awarded City of Crossville’s Employee of the Quarter June 2025! Justin is our Lead Mechanic for the City’s fleet services. Justin has been training new individuals in the Mechanic’s division while continuing to work tirelessly in maintaining the City’s full fleet of vehicles, equipment and tools. Justin’s 26 years of continued service demonstrates his commitment to seeing to the needs of our City. We are grateful to have Justin!
