Palace Theatre FAQ

Here are a few answers to the frequently asked questions at the Palace. If your question isn’t on here, please call us at (931) 484-6133 or email palace@crossvilletn.gov.

In which time zone is the Palace Theatre located?

We are in the Central Time zone, which is the same time zone as Nashville. If you are coming from Knoxville or Chattanooga, our start time of 7 p.m. CT would be 8 p.m. ET.

I can’t come to the show. Can I get a refund on my ticket?

No, all ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.

Where can I find parking?

We have a small public parking lot just behind the Chamber of Commerce one street north of us. We also have street parking and two parking lots across the street and diagonally across that are available during nonbusiness hours.

Can we bring food/drinks into the auditorium?

Yes! We offer a great selection of Coke products, candy, coffees, popcorn, nachos, hotdogs, and more in our concessions, and you are welcome to enjoy those in the auditorium while you enjoy the show. We do ask that you throw your trash away as you exit.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we offer five wheelchair spaces on our main floor, and we have handicap-accessible restrooms.

Do you serve alcohol?

We do not serve alcohol, but we occasionally partner with local permit holders to offer it at some select shows.

Can I record the show?

Most artists do not allow recording their shows.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in the Palace Theatre. Only certified service animals are allowed.

Where is a good place to eat nearby?

We have three or four great places to get a bite within walking distance of the Palace. Give us a call if we can help you find one!

Do you have any hotels nearby?

We have four hotels that are about 2.5 miles from the Palace, and several more about four miles from us. Give us a call if you need any assistance finding one that works for you!

What are your ticket office business hours?

We are generally open Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Central Time.

How much does it cost to tour the Palace Theatre?

We love showing people around, and it’s free! Stop by any time during our regular business hours, or call us if you’d like to schedule a tour.
