Planning Commission

Regularly scheduled meetings for the Crossville Regional Planning Commission are at noon on the third Thursday of the month in the third floor conference room in City Hall. Special called meetings may be called for a fee and with approval from the Chairman. Please contact Planning Staff for more information.

The DEADLINE for Plat and Variance Requests is the third Thursday of the month prior to the meeting being held (approximately 1 month before the next regularly scheduled meeting).

The DEADLINE for Site Plan Review is the first Thursday of each month.

Subdivisions that are classified as “Simple” in the Crossville Regional Planning Commission Subdivision Regulations can be reviewed and approved In-House and do not require submission to the Planning Commission.
